Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for paid subscriptions to Appdex at app-dex.com. Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant-of-record, Polar.

Try before you pay

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends to avoid any charge. We recommend evaluating the full product during the trial.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are charged and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that charge. Email [email protected] from your account email with your order number and we will refund it through Polar, typically within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the hosted billing portal (linked in your Account page); access continues until the end of the current paid period. Renewal charges after the first payment are non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future charges.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country (for example the EU/UK right of withdrawal). Where those rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.

Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and your Polar order number. Refund requests are handled within 3 business days.
