Growth momentum describes how quickly an app is moving across public demand signals such as downloads or category rank.

Compare it with rank velocity, confidence band, monthly downloads, monthly revenue range, rating depth, category median and recent growth momentum before deciding whether an app is a leader, a niche opportunity or simply a large but weakly monetized product.
